Down Portugal Way - Chef David Santos

This special 4 course dinner explores Chef David Santos' Portuguese roots. Growing up on his family's small farm in New Jersey, he learned about growing and cooking fresh food at a very young age.
Chef Santos has worked at renowned restaurants like Per Se and Bouley in New York City. Currently launching "Um Segredo" supper club, Chef Santos combines his creativity with Portuguese tradicional flavors.
